Through a partnership with Steve Anderson of The Anderson Agency Report, the AIMS Society offers Managing for Success reports to assist agency owners, sales managers and human resources personnel to identify strong candidates. The Managing for Success system analyzes a person’s behavioral tendencies and then generates a clear, concise report that relates their natural behavior to job performance. Using this information, you can develop a personalized approach to manage, motivate and communicate with each employee in a way that will yield maximum benefits to your organization.

To complete the report, the job applicant or current employee goes to a Web site and with a code you provide and answer twenty four questions. The reports can be completed anywhere there is an Internet connection and the results are available within a few short hours. A variety of reports are available including Employee-Manager; Executive; and Sales. The cost of each report typically retails for $124; AIMS Society members receive a $25 discount.
