During the 2010 PRO-to-PRO, Steve Anderson, insurance agency technology guru and editor of The Anderson Agency Report (TAAR), presented a program entitled Creating Sales with Technology.  Steve finds that most agents consider using technology in customer service. This session was designed to expand this view and explored how to use technology to increase revenue.  The discussion included tips for utilizing technology to manage the prospecting process; and explored a variety of tools available to sell, both to the current client and to the prospect. Steve also presented the ins and outs of using Social Networking for agency marketing.
