PRO-to-PRO

The AIMS Society PRO-to-PRO Executive Retreat is an annual event, hosted in an intimate and unique setting, designed to provide insurance professionals timely and practical ideas for growing and improving profitability. Informative presentations, interactive round-table discussions and dynamic panel sessions provide proven solutions to today’s insurance marketing and sales challenges.

The program is designed for insurance agency and brokerage principals, managers, sales managers and top producers, as well as insurance company marketing, sales and agency/broker management professionals and others who are passionate about sales and marketing in the property and casualty insurance arena.

Held in conjunction with PRO-to-PRO are the AIMS Society Annual Meeting of Members and the annual conferment for individuals who earned the Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) professional designation.

During the retreat, the AIMS Society honors an insurance carrier partner and an insurance agency producer for outstanding performance and achievement in the field of insurance sales and marketing. The AIMS Society’s Producer of the Year Award is designed to recognize members for outstanding sales achievement, retention, service, education and industry involvement. The Company Partner of the Year Award honors an Independent Agency System company that delivers extraordinary support designed to help agents sell and market better. Such support could be in the form of new marketing programs, educational initiatives or innovative product offerings.
