CPIA Insurance Success Seminars
Insurance Success Seminars—Position for Success, Implement for Success and Sustain Success—are held throughout the year at locations across the country. Participants leave the seminars with ideas that will produce increased sales results immediately. AIMS Society PRO-to-PRO Executive Retreat
Each year, AIMS Society brings together some of the best and brightest sales and marketing professionals to learn and share. This intentionally small event, held during the winter in a warm climate, provides a chance to step back, get away, and let the creative juices flow.

Custom Training & Education Events
AIMS Society works with insurance companies from around the country to develop and deliver sales and marketing training for company employees, as well as appointed agents and brokers. Carrier field management and education staff members find this outsourced training beneficial; it ensures learning experiences that incorporate up-to-date automation and marketing practices and it allows company management and trainers to focus on developing and delivering education on company-specific topics.
